Here is a gem of a commercial from 1992. Sorry for the nostalgia, but I've been really nostalgic about the Muppets recently. I really wish the Muppet Show was still on. I really wish that I could still eat a bowl of Post's the Swedish Chef's Croonchy Stars. It would make the Swedish Chef proud. Still insane . . . but proud. Insanely proud.
. . . he was Pacman!? Well not really. Actually Christian Bale was merely a featured dancer on a Pacman cereal commercial from the eighties. I know, right? See if you can spot him. I'll give you a hint, he's not a girl or black. Check it out:
Anyway, sorry for the brief posts lately. If you can't watch videos, the last few months of posts have been pretty bare. Hopefully I'll get some writing time to build a longer post soon. But in the mean time, here's dancing Batman . . . I mean, Pacman dancing. Okay . . . well, . . . you get the idea.
Gentle readers, if you have an hour of time (and frankly even if you do not have an hour of time) watch this video! It stars Steven Banks and is the greatest one man, one act play I have ever seen! Seriously, the best.
My old roommate Kevin introduced me to the glorious Steven Banks and I am forever indebted. I am so pleased to see a decent quality version of this up on Youtube. Honestly I use this as a friend barometer. If you enjoy this show, we will probably get along fine! If not, we may run out of things to talk about very quickly. (This isn't to say that liking this show guarantees success, it doesn't. After all, total douche bags may also end up liking this show too--it's that good!) Also any women interested in being a future Mrs. Jeremy-Stuff ought to like Steven Banks as well. After all, he is incredible. I usually try to line it up third or fourth date. . . . if anyone was curious or something. Thank you. That is all.
Wow! Check this out! No auto-tune, no crafty staging, no pyrotechnics and no meat dresses. How did these people ever succeed in show business? Oh yeah, that's right. With simplicity and beauty! I want to do this!
This is the entire reason why I like Star Wars LEGO. It is adorable. And I don't know if I'm having a fruity day or something but this song almost just made me . . . uhm I think there's something in my eye. Enjoy!
