Ahoy fellow surfers of the blogosphere! I'm pleased to announce that the fantastic book Dirk Gently' Holistic Detective Agency by Douglas Adams is in development. Now, I know what everyone fears, that there is no way that this book could ever be adequately condensed and fit into a television and I suppose you are right. But let it also be noted that this endeavour is being attempted by the BBC. A group that does much better than most American TV and films at condensing literature by Britons. (Never mind that it seems that New Zealanders are better still.) With that having been said, I have sincere hope that this turns out well. It is high time that this extraordinary work appear on screen, as impossible as that may be.Feel free to learn more here.
